These terms and conditions govern the usage of Majoris Solutions Ltd Website, located at www.majoris.co.uk. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "Learner", "You", and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to our Company.

Here are the key points to note:

1. Course fee: The course fee covers the Training, exam fees, and training materials. A booking fee is paid through the website or telephone, and the customer must pay the remaining balance on the primary day of the course.

2. Training guarantee: Training is guaranteed on the selected date.

3. Attendance: For SIA linked qualifications, attendance for the full training is mandatory according to the course timetable. Late arrivals will not be accepted, and learners must complete the full hours of training.

4. Course rescheduling: Learners can reschedule their course without any charge, but they need to notify us via email.

5. Results/certificate: Results/certificate will be received within 10-16 days from the exam date, and learners will be informed via email or SMS. The certificate can be collected physically from the training centre, or we may post it via recorded delivery upon request. Certificates will be retained for up to 8 weeks, and the company will not be liable if learners fail to collect them within this period.

6. Refunds Policy: A full refund is applicable if the course is cancelled 28 days before the course start date. No refunds are applicable if the time left for the course is under 28 days. Refunds are also not applicable for nonattendance and after the course date. However, in the highly unlikely event of us cancelling your course, you will receive a full refund.

7. Behaviour: Inappropriate behaviour in the classroom that disrupts the training of other learners will not be acceptable. Learners engaged in such behaviour may be asked to leave the premises, leading to suspension from the course pending further investigation, with no entitlement to any refund.

8. Job support: We provide job support to our learners by offering references, profiling CVs, and connecting them with security companies.
